Since joining rhp in 2003 Stuart has worked closely with regional development agencies SEEDA and Seaspace in delivery of three innovation centres in Dartford, Hastings and at the University of Kent, Canterbury.

Under project architect Stuart was responsible for running projects from their inception and developing key relationships with both the client and end user. Canterbury Innovation Centre was completed in October 2009 and The Base, Dartford, completed in July 2011, has enjoyed great success achieving 95% occupancy within the first nine months of opening.

Stuart has had a high level of technical input in delivering a series of workplace, residential and mixed-use projects, ranging from £0.1m to £13m. These have included new build and refurbishment schemes, taking projects from inception to completion and being a member of a larger design team. Stuart has worked with several local authorities, developing key relationships with clients, end-users, consultants and contractors, adding value and ensuring the development of appropriate, high quality solutions on time and on budget.
