rhp were appointed by the Borough of Broxbourne for this project and we have worked with Basepoint as operator and Ashe Construction as the contractors.
This is the latest in a series of projects we have worked on in collaboration with Basepoint. We are also currently working with Chichester District Council, Neilcott contractors and Basepoint on a larger scheme in Chichester.
Opening the Centre the Deputy Mayor said ‘It is a privilege for me to accept the key for the Ambition Broxbourne Business Centre on behalf of the Council. I’m confident that the Centre will flourish, along with the businesses that have taken up residency here…. We’re very lucky to have this fantastic facility here in Broxbourne and I commend everyone involved.’
Broxbourne Council owns the centre, and Basepoint Business Centres was involved in shaping its construction and will operate it on behalf of the Council. The modern facility has 68 offices and studio spaces and its focus is on the needs of start-ups and those existing businesses that are seeking to grow, with the provision of quality accommodation with easy-in, easy out terms.
