Since joining rhp in 2000, Toni has become a key member of the conservation team.

Toni undertook the SPAB ‘Repair of Old Buildings’ course in 2004 and was a member of the Working Party for TeamBuild 2005 on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT). She completed the Reading University post-graduate diploma 'Conservation of the Historic Environment' with distinction in 2008. This led to her achieving CIAT accredited conservationist status in 2010 and re-accreditation in 2015 and 2021. 

Toni is both a CIAT Interview Moderator and CIAT Conservationist Assessor.

In her spare time Toni enjoys hiking and watching movies.
