Qualifying as an Architect in Russia, Nadya moved to the UK in 2008. Since then she has worked for several architectural studios in London and Cambridge, gaining diverse experience in all aspects of architectural practice ranging from conceptual design to project running and client liaison.
Throughout her career Nadya has worked on a variety of residential, cultural and educational buildings, most notably the Jewish Community Centre in Moscow and University of Northampton Waterside Campus.
Nadya has a particular interest in architecture for education, which attracted her to rhp. Since joining in 2015, she has become a member of the North West Cambridge Students Accommodation team, working through the first year of the construction phase, taking up the challenge of coordinating several extensive sub-contractors packages. Nadya has also been part of the Weald Rise Primary School core team responsible for the interdisciplinary coordination.

Her knowledge and hands-on practical experience in BIM coupled with collaborative skills enable her to creatively solve problems as well as to bring technological innovation to the projects she is involved in.
Nadya also gained a postgraduate certificate from the Bartlett School of Architecture in 2015.
