A new-build business centre for small and start-up companies, hosting a flexible mix of managed office, studio and workshop accommodation. The Centre hosts 82 individual lettable units of various sizes over two buildings: one over three storeys, the other providing dedicated workshop space. It also offers communal breakout areas, virtual office rental, and meeting rooms.

The Centre’s design has strong environmental credentials, including innovative controls to minimise energy consumption. A natural ventilation system uses the exposed concrete ceiling to cool the spaces throughout the building, thus avoiding the need for 'carbon-rich' air conditioning units. The high performance thermal envelope negates the need for expensive, bolt-on technologies (such as solar panels) to achieve the required carbon emission targets.
