Better than the Best Ever?

The Thomas Paine Study Centre (TPSC) at the University of East Anglia (UEA) designed by rhp has been described as possibly one of the best buildings ever following a Building Use Study (BUS) carried out by the Useable Buildings Trust/Bill Bordass as part of an ongoing review process by UEA with the benefit of a Technology Strategy Board grant.

The Elizabeth Fry Building at UEA has been described by Building Magazine as one of 'the best buildings ever' and had previously ranked top in BUS studies, but in conclusion the BUS study of TPSC concluded...

"TPSC now scores even more highly than the Elizabeth Fry Building, which was, when originally surveyed, one of the most well-liked buildings by its occupants in the whole database."
