Basepoint Haywards Heath

We have a long history of working with Basepoint Business Centres, who specialise in providing high quality workspaces to let.

John de Mierre House in Haywards Heath, our most recent collaboration with Basepoint, opened its doors on the 1st of September and was officially launched this morning by The Right Honourable Sir Nicholas Soames MP.

The project has been funded entirely by Mid Sussex District Council and West Sussex County Council to provide flexible workspace solutions to growing SMEs in Haywards Heath. The new rhp designed centre comprises of 9,500 sq ft in a mixture of workshops, studios, and offices and was 95% let prior to completion.
